Mr. Manoja Kumar Nayak

Director-Technical (B.E Mech.)

Manoja Kumar Nayak became the Director-Technical in the year 2018, having joined Fine Orgokem in the year 2016 as a Chief Technical Officer (CTO). His responsibilities include handling the company’s manufacturing activities, leading strategic execution, cost planning, and coordinating resources to create excellent products. Having an award-winning educational background with Bachelor’s In Mechanical Engineering (B.E Mech.) and a degree in MAZATOL programming (Japanese Technology) he is also responsible for our plant automation technology. Having experience of over 20 years, he had been serving several major technology firms before joining Fine Orgokem.

Mr. Mithranjan Nayak

Director– Marketing & Intl. Business (MSc. Intl Business (Ireland), B.E Chemical)

Mithranjan Nayak became the Director- Marketing & Intl. Business in the year 2020. His responsibilities include developing a profitable International Business while cultivating key relationships to support sustainable growth in Fine Orgokem’s commercial business lines. He is also responsible to strengthen and grow the company’s International Business relationships and maintain surveillance on market conditions, emerging opportunities, and risks. Awarded with a Master’s degree in International business from Ireland (MSc. Intl Business, Ireland) and Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering (B.E Chemical, Mumbai University), he is continually contributing to the growth of the company.

Mrs. Rashmi Nayak

Director- Finance (Whole time Director)

Rashmi Nayak is the the whole-time director of the company. She is responsible for all financial and strategic guidance to ensure that the company financial commitments are met. She also develops the necessary policies to ensure sound financial management and control the company’s business.

Mr. Balaram Patro- Chief HRD Advisor

(M.A., M.B.A., LL.B [A], PGD-IRPM, Diploma in Prodn Magt)

Having joined Indian Air Force in ranks in the year 1971, completed his Post Graduate Degree from Pune University and thereafter did M.B.A, LL.B [A] and PG Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management during his 15 years of Air Force Career. Thereafter, having served as Personnel Officer in E.MERCK India Ltd for about 3 years he moved to a Private Organisation in Navi Mumbai as Personnel and Administrative Manager.

In the year 1992, he shifted back to Government Organisation in the department of CENTRAL EXCISE, SERVICE TAX & CUSTOMS through Staff Selection Commission. Besides his experience in the field of Personnel Management and Industrial Relations in Private Organisations, his experience in the Revenue Department of Govt. of India for 22 plus years is noteworthy.

His diversified experience in various fields is an asset to our organisation and we are sure, his advice in this field will be an added advantage for our organisation in improving personnel management and administration along with maintaining industrial relations in our industry.
